Outside Sales Representative - On-site

Department: Sales
Location: Belize City or Belmopan City, Belize
Salary: $7 - $11 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist outside sales representatives by handling administrative tasks, ensuring they can focus on client engagement and sales growth.

  • Dispatching: Oversee dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Administrative Management: Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including job costing, bookkeeping, and collections.

  • CRM Refinement: Regularly update and refine our CRM system to improve tracking, reporting, and client relationship management.

  • House Account Management: Proactively manage and expand house accounts that are not directly handled by salespeople, identifying opportunities for growth and enhancing client satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure effective communication and coordination on all projects.

  • Problem Solving: Address any operational issues that arise and implement solutions to ensure client needs are met.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients.

  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and job costing principles.

  • Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Capacity to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuit of sales objectives.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom/ Teams) and other office software.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
