REMOTE, FULL-TIME DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
About Us:
All Service Moving (ASM) was opened on January 1st, 2004. We are an independently owned, high-end relocation and logistics company. Our main schedule consists of in-town relocation as well as long-distance services to residential and commercial clients. We operate out of Washington (Tukwila or Seattle & Lynwood), Oregon (Portland & Beaverton), California (Bell Gardens) and Arizona (Phoenix). Our corporate headquarters is located in Portland, Oregon.
Position Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Manager (Online Marketing Manager), you will hire and oversee a digital marketing team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and, ultimately, revenue growth through effective digital strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to optimize our online presence and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives; Devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers; Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to optimize digital marketing efforts continuously.
- Content Marketing: Develop content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences; Oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, social media, and other digital platforms; Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a social media presence on relevant platforms; Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, and visuals, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness; Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility and ranking; Conduct keyword research, analyze search trends, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies; Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase website traffic and generate leads or sales.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance; Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization; Identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Leadership: Mentor junior level team members. Ensure training/delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc reports/studies and developing new effective methods to communicate significant information. Make recommendations for personnel actions and assist in day-to-day operations of group.

Essential Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully executing and managing digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
Computer Software/Hardware:
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outlook Exchange, Internet
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking, hearing constantly.
- Typing data entry in screens daily.
- Sit in front of computer monitors daily.
- Noise Level: Moderate noise level daily.
