REMOTE, FULL-TIME INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
All Service Moving is a leading moving company specializing in both household and commercial moves. We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at All Service Moving, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by booking household and commercial moves through various channels including inbound calls, cold calling, and lead follow-ups. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong negotiation abilities, and the capacity to think quickly on their feet. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer engagement and ensuring that all leads receive prompt and effective follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing information about our services and guiding customers through the booking process.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to maximize conversion rates.
- Close sales by effectively addressing customer concerns, overcoming objections, and showcasing the value of our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Capacity to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuit of sales objectives.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Compensation:
- Minimum wage plus 1% commission on all sales.
- Average salesperson lands $2 million per year on their sales.
- Some sales reps may exceed $3 million in sales per year on inbound leads.
- Bonuses available based on performance.
- Scheduling to be determined after the interview process.
- Full-time position (45-50 hours per week).
